Booking and Refund Policy

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

CHRISTMAS AND EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Bookings of a minimum of one-week (for Christmas) or 5 nights (for Easter) will be taken up until one month prior to school holidays.

Shorter bookings may be taken at the park manager’s discretion after this time, or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.

LONG WEEKENDS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Bookings of a minimum of three nights can be taken up until one month prior to the long weekend or special event. Minimum of 4 nights for Moto-GP and Melbourne Cup weekend.

ALL OTHER PERIODS

SITE BOOKINGS

CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Bookings of 2 week+ are taken up until the end of October.

Shorter bookings are taken from 1 November, or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking (site preference is NOT guaranteed).

EASTER

Bookings of a minimum of 5-nights are taken until one-month prior.

Shorter bookings may be taken at the park manager’s discretion after this time, or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.

LONG WEEKENDS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Bookings of a minimum of three nights are taken until one month prior to the long weekend or special event. Minimum of 4 nights for Moto-GP and 3 nights for Melbourne Cup Weekend.

Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number/accommodation number after booking.

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

HIGH SEASON/PREMIUM

We take the price of the first night’s accommodation as a deposit, or $100.00 for a site deposit.

Balances for the following events are due as prior to arrival as per the schedule below:-

  • Moto GP – 1st September prior
  • Melbourne Cup Weekend – 1st October prior
  • Christmas Peak – 1st October prior
  • World Superbikes – 1st January prior
  • Labour Day Long Weekend – 1st February prior
  • Easter Peak – 1st February prior

MID SEASON

For accommodation, the cost of the first night is taken as a deposit and the balance is paid on arrival.

For sites, the deposit is $100 (or in full if the tariff is less than $100) and the rest is paid on arrival.

LOW SEASON

For accommodation, the cost of the first night is taken as a deposit and the balance is paid on arrival.

For sites, the deposit is $50.00 and the balance is paid on arrival.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds of deposits and fees paid are available under the following circumstances:

HIGH/PREMIUM SEASON

Cancellations providing more than 28 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable, excluding a $35 administration fee.

Cancellations inside 28 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked.

MID SEASON

Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable, excluding a $35 administration fee.

Cancellations inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

LOW SEASON

Cancellations providing more than 24 hours’ notice in relation to scheduled arrival date are refundable, excluding a $35 administration fee.

Cancellations inside 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

PLEASE NOTE: Where a deposit or prepayment is to be refunded, an administration fee is to be charged. Alternatively, the total refund amount may be transferred to a future booking (to be used within 12 months) and no administration fee will apply.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS All online reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. Should guests prefer to only pay an initial deposit (subject to the conditions above) they will need to call the reservations staff to confirm their reservation. Some rates and special offers displayed online may not be bookable over the phone or may require payment in full regardless of booking method. Remember to check the terms and conditions of all special offers advertised online before confirming a reservation or contact our friendly reservation staff for further information.
